About the Role

What You Will Be Doing:

• Deploying and implementing corporate leadership initiatives
• Building positive relationships and interfacing regularly with stakeholders and executive committee in partnership with the HR Director
• Implementing and delivering accountable metrics of employee development and engagement
• Managing company benefits administration with a third party administrator
• Collaborating with hiring managers and HRBP colleagues on HR-related discussions
• Identifying areas of improvement in systems, people, and processes related to HR
• Mentoring and development

Requirements

•   ­­Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline

•   4+ years of experience managing a full scope HR function

•   3+ years of experience developing and supporting business partnerships

•   Advanced experience practicing and implementing HR best practices

•   Advanced business acumen, collaborative problem-solving, and ability to obtain buy-in with a variety of stakeholders and functions

•   Working knowledge of an ATS, Microsoft, and HRIS systems relating to human resources

•   Ability to travel 15-20% domestic

About the Company

Petty Marsh is partnering with our client in the Aftermarket industry in search of a Sr. HR Business Partner reporting to the Director of HR, and will support the full scope of HR responsibility as a partner of the organization for strategic direction and initiatives. This includes maintaining the organization’ planning, implementation and evaluation of programs, policies, and practices.
