About the Role
What You Will Be Doing:
• Analyzing, deploying, and monitoring change initiatives as a key leadership member
• Interfacing regularly with stakeholders and executive committee in partnership with direct reports
• Implementing and delivering accountable metrics of employee development and engagement
• Managing customer focus environment in quality and seek out areas of improvement with this in mind
• Collaborating with stakeholders on ops budgeting, efficiency, and allocation of capital
• Identifying areas of improvement in systems, people, and processes
• Monitor and manage key metrics in cost, schedule, safety, and quality
• Mentoring and development of five (5) direct senior reports
• Responsibility of seven (7) sites ranging from production, distribution, and warehouse sites
• Practice manufacturing excellence from a strategic enterprise perspective
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience leading manufacturing in a quality-oriented environment
• 8-10+ years of progressing leadership
• Advanced experience practicing and implementing lean manufacturing
• Advanced business acumen, collaborative problem-solving, and ability to obtain buy-in with a variety of stakeholders and functions
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar system
• Ability to travel 15-20% domestic
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment with fluctuating needs
