About the Role
What You Will Be Doing:
• Organizing project meetings, reporting, budget, milestones, status, and risks
• Communicating and negotiating with subcontractors, POs, and partner billings
• Identify longer lead times and opportunities for scope reductions
• Maintaining open communication and project status with different levels of stakeholders
• Building positive relationships and interfacing regularly with project customers for success
• Leading scheduling, troubleshooting, and planning of projects from start to release
• Managing multiple projects while serving as POC cross functional teams
• Recommend development, promotions, and job assignments for junior PMs
• Seeking areas of improvement and using foresight for potential challenges
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or industry-related degree (flexible with experience)
• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects in construction
• 3+ years of leading, developing, and coaching junior PMs
• Advanced presentation and communication skills
• Advanced business acumen, collaborative problem-solving skills, and ability to obtain buy-in
• Working knowledge of project management software, frameworks, and methodologies
• Ability to travel 30% statewide
• Must be within commutable distance of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida without relocation
