Working on a design team of 10, he is one of two Senior-level with multiple cost reduction projects in redesign from thermoform parts, sheet metal, and weldment. Recently, he trimmed an assembly in half with a new die cast and savings of $56k. As a leading member of the new product development team, he partnered closely with project leadership on maintaining budget perimeters, schedules, and estimating. He has trained junior engineers on prototyping, functional /field/machine life/abuse testing to maintain quality and standards with procedure clarity on procedure on designs.
