Our Founder, Shirley Schaff
Petty Marsh exists to partner with Christian nonprofits and family foundations in South Florida with a level of discernment, discretion, and relational care this work requires.
Over time, I recognized an underserved need to build our communities faithfully. While many organizations share common values, few leadership search practices are designed to honor those values spiritually, culturally, and relationally. That recognition led me to step into this work in providing high-touch leadership search for organizations where alignment matters as much as experience.
I bring more than 15 years of professional experience and deep relational roots in Palm Beach County, working alongside decisive leaders, philanthropists, advisors, and boards who understand that leadership decisions are not merely operational — they are consequential when stewarding mission, people, and legacy.
My calling is lived out in service by strengthening leadership so organizations can carry their mission forward as intended — and, by God’s grace, even further.
