Our Founder, Shirley Schaff

For more than a decade, I have built a reputation specializing in Engineering and Safety leadership roles in Manufacturing by partnering with organizations to identify and secure leaders who strengthen operational performance and culture.

Prior to this, I worked extensively with businesses and nonprofits throughout Palm Beach County, where I developed a deep understanding of both commercial and mission-driven leadership needs while recognizing a meaningful gap in how foundations, nonprofits, and Christian organizations attract leadership talent.

Today, I bring that full experience forward in two connected areas of focus by partnering with South Florida leaders aligned with their calling and EHS Safety and Engineering leadership where my track record, relationships, and market expertise remain deeply established.

At its core, all of our work is about stewardship and strengthening leadership so organizations can carry their mission forward faithfully — and by God’s grace, even further.
