Our Founder, Shirley Schaff
For more than a decade, I have built a reputation specializing in Engineering and Safety leadership roles in the Midwest, partnering with organizations to identify and secure leaders who strengthen operational performance and culture.
Prior to this, I worked extensively with businesses and nonprofits throughout Palm Beach County, where I developed a deep understanding of both commercial and mission-driven leadership needs while recognizing a meaningful gap in how foundations, nonprofits, and Christian organizations attract leadership talent.
Today, I bring that full experience forward in two connected areas of focus by partnering with South Florida leaders aligned with their calling while continuing to serve select, long-standing clients in Safety and Engineering leadership where my track record, relationships, and market expertise remain deeply established.
